We understand that circumstances can change. Please provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations.
Cancelling an Appointment:
If you are unable to attend a confirmed appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule and make your time slot available for another client.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the full cost of your appointment.
Cancelling a Confirmed Retreat:
With more than 7 days notice:
A $150 cancellation fee will apply.
You will receive a full refund of other monies paid.
With less than 7 days notice:
A $150 cancellation fee will apply.
Additionally, a $1,500 cancellation fee will be charged.
